FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE TO AN AI AGENT
1 min read
One of the greatest values of an Agent is the ability to turn experience into a structure the AI can use.
For example, an expert may have:
- their own way of reading data;
- their own checklist;
- their own order of analysis;
- their own standards;
- their own way of recognizing abnormal cases;
- mistakes accumulated over many years.
If that experience exists only in the practitioner’s head, the AI cannot know it.
To bring it into an Agent, you need to turn it into:
Principle → Knowledge → Workflow → Rule → Example → Test
That is the process of moving from:
“I know how to do it.”
to:
“I can describe it clearly enough for the AI to follow.”
