DON’T START FROM THE QUESTION “WHAT AGENT DO I WANT TO BUILD?”

Start with:
What job do I do over and over?
Then ask:
- what the input is;
- what result is needed;
- what process I follow to do it;
- which steps the AI can do;
- which steps still need a human;
- what the Agent needs to know;
- what Tools the Agent needs.
A good Agent is usually designed from a real workflow, not from an idea about AI.
