1. Data F68 processes

F68 may process:

• Account information — email and authentication details.
• Work content — messages, AI answers, files, images, AI Agents, System Prompts, Context, and the data needed to carry out requests.
• Usage data — models, tokens, Credit, Tools, time, and task status.
• Transaction information — amount, currency, Credit, taxes/fees, and transaction status.
• Cookies and browser data — used for signing in and saving the user's necessary preferences.

2. Purposes of use

F68 processes data to:

• provide answers and carry out requests;
• operate AI Agents, Context, and Tools;
• manage accounts, Credit, and payments;
• secure the service and detect abuse;
• handle errors and maintain service quality.

F68 does not use users' personal data or work content to build advertising profiles or for advertising purposes.

3. Model providers and integrated services

When a user selects a model, F68 sends the information needed to process the request to that model's official provider.

The information may include:

messages · System Prompt · Context · Tool data · relevant parts of the conversation

For example, when a user selects a model from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, the necessary data is sent to the corresponding provider's API system to produce the result.

Data processing at each provider follows the policy that applies to the corresponding API service.

When a user or an AI Agent uses a Tool, F68 passes only the information the Tool needs to do its job, such as a search query, a URL, or data parameters.

4. Storage and security

Connections to F68 are protected with HTTPS.

Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service or until the user deletes it, depending on the type of data and applicable legal requirements.

Data is stored on infrastructure in Singapore. Backups may continue to exist for up to 14 days after the primary data is deleted.

5. User controls

Users can:

• delete conversations;
• delete Context or documents;
• delete personal AI Agents;
• manage Tool data;
• request that their account be corrected or deleted.

When an account is deleted, the related data is handled according to the retention policy and applicable legal obligations.
