You can divide them like this:

- research;
- extraction;
- analysis;
- synthesis;
- preparing proposals.
A human confirms
- sending emails;
- changing data;
- transactions;
- signing contracts;
- publishing;
- actions with major consequences.
The principle:
The higher the risk → the lower the automatic authority.
