DON’T PATCH THE AGENT ENDLESSLY

A common mistake:
The Agent gets it wrong
→ add a Rule
→ gets another case wrong
→ add a Rule
→ the Prompt balloons
→ the Agent becomes harder to control
Periodically do this:
Review → Consolidate Rules → Remove duplicates → Refactor → Retest
An Agent also needs to be maintained like a software system.
