Tools are chosen according to the needs of the workflow.

For example:

Web Search

When fresh data or outside sources are needed.

File Reader

When the Agent processes documents.

Code

When you need to:

  • calculate;
  • process data;
  • check logic;
  • produce technical output.

API / Database

When the Agent needs internal data or structured data.

Don’t enable a Tool if the Agent doesn’t need to use it.
