Don’t immediately add yet another paragraph to the Prompt.

Check:

1. Is the Rule clear?

2. Does the Rule contradict another?

3. Is the Rule in the right section?

4. Is the workflow too long?

5. Are there too many rules at the same priority level?

6. Is the model capable enough for the workflow?

Only then adjust the Instruction.
