TESTING THE KNOWLEDGE BASE

Having a KB does not mean the Agent will use the KB correctly.
It needs to be tested.
Retrieval Test
Check whether the Agent finds the right Knowledge.
For example:
When data is missing, what is the handling principle?
Conflict Test
Present a situation with contradictory information.
If two sources give different figures, how should it be handled?
Boundary Test
Check the limits.
When must the Agent not draw a conclusion?
Application Test
Give a real case.
The goal is not to test how much the AI remembers.
The goal is:
whether the AI retrieves the right Knowledge and applies it correctly to the situation.
