WHEN THE AGENT USES KNOWLEDGE INCORRECTLY

Don't immediately switch models.

Check in this order:

1. Does the Knowledge contain that information?

Not there → add the Knowledge.

2. Is the Knowledge clear enough?

It's there but ambiguous → rewrite it.

3. Is there contradictory content?

Yes → determine the source of truth.

4. Does Retrieval fetch the right content?

Having a KB does not mean the right passage is retrieved.

5. Does the Instruction specify how to use the KB?

If not → fix the Instruction.

6. Only last, evaluate the model

The model is just one layer in the whole Agent.
