F68 FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS AI AGENT
5 min read
The market has never lacked companies with compelling stories.
Revenue rising. Record profits. Backlog expanding. New projects appearing.
You can read all of it.
But for an investor, analysis cannot stop at the question:
How good is this company?
It has to arrive at a harder question:
What is this company really worth?
A good company can still be a poor investment if its price already reflects nearly all its future potential.
Analysis explains how a company creates value. Valuation estimates what the business is worth.
That is where a fundamental analysis truly has to arrive.
And it is also why F68 built the Fundamental Analysis AI Agent.
Not to summarize financial statements, call a rising profit positive, or call a low P/E cheap.
The Agent goes from the business model, profit drivers, asset quality, cash flow and catalysts — and then brings that entire analysis into a valuation method that fits the company itself.
Analysis is not the destination. Valuation is where all the facts have to meet.
High profit does not tell you whether a stock is cheap or expensive. A large land bank does not tell you how much value truly belongs to shareholders. A record backlog does not tell you how much will turn into profit and cash flow.
The Agent has to go further:
How does the company make money? Which business segment drives earnings? Does growth come from core operations or one-off factors? Does profit turn into cash? Through what mechanism does a catalyst affect business results?
And finally:
How much do those variables change the company's value?
That is the most important transition in FA:
From understanding the company — to valuing the company.
Each company must be valued by the way it actually creates value.
You cannot take one formula and apply it to the whole market.
Banks are driven by credit growth, NIM, asset quality, credit costs, ROE and BVPS.
Real estate depends on land bank, legal status, presales, backlog, handover progress, cash flow and RNAV.
A cyclical company cannot be called “cheap” just because its P/E is low exactly when profit is at the cycle peak.
Valuing with the wrong method can produce a very precise number — that is completely meaningless.
So the Agent starts from the value-creation mechanism and the drivers that truly govern business results — and only then chooses the method to turn them into value.
An example
On 16 July 2026, VHM traded at VND 142,100.
In Q1 2026, net revenue was VND 65.114 trillion, profit after tax was VND 25.625 trillion, and sales awaiting handover totaled VND 201.6 trillion.
The conventional reading very easily arrives at:
Profit up strongly. Large backlog. Good outlook.
But for an investor, that is only the first half of the story.
What do those results make Vinhomes worth?
For a real estate developer, the answer cannot come only from P/E or a P/B multiple chosen by gut feel.
RNAV has to be built project by project: product pipeline, selling price, development cost, ownership ratio, legal status, progress, collection timing, execution probability, net debt and minority interests.
If data on the important variables is insufficient, the Agent does not force out an intrinsic value just to make the report look complete.
“Insufficient evidence to value the business” is a valid conclusion.
From value to margin of safety.
A new project is not yet profit. A license is not yet revenue. A business plan is not yet a result achieved.
Between a catalyst and value there must be a verifiable mechanism of influence. If a catalyst does not pass through financial drivers to affect profit, cash flow or asset value, it remains only a story.
But even valuation is not the end point.
A company worth 100.
At a market price of 60, the investment case is one thing.
At 98, it is very different.
What changes is the price paid — and the margin of safety left for the things that can go wrong.
So the Agent places intrinsic value beside market price, then checks the margin of safety, downside, Bull/Base/Bear and the conditions under which the thesis is no longer valid.
The company can keep growing. The catalyst can play out in the right direction.
But if the market has already paid in advance for most of those results:
correct analysis still does not necessarily make a good investment.
The F68 Fundamental Analysis AI Agent does not turn FA into a buy or sell order.
It clarifies what must exist before an investment decision has a basis:
How the company creates value. What that value is worth. How much the market is asking you to pay. Where the remaining margin of safety is. And what would make the thesis no longer true.
Because in investing, understanding the company only tells you what you are looking at.
Valuation tells you whether, at the current price, value is still on your side.
